Why water reclamation systems?

How water reclamation works…

Plumbing waste lines are rerouted away from the main sewage line to a sealed tank. This water comes from only selected fixtures, including showers, tubs, washing machines and lavatory sinks--not toilets and kitchen sinks.


Once the tank fills, water is pumped through a filter to remove any unwanted particles. A programmed controller then distributes the water among various irrigation lines. If there is not enough water in the tank, fresh water is added automatically.
